Where can I find the VIP Chat Room?
You can find it in the Client Portal

Can I get personal trading advice from the analysts or my relationship manager?
No. Analysts and Relationship Managers may assist you with analysing the market. However, it is solely for informational purposes only. Any advice given is general in nature and does not take into account your financial circumstances, objectives and needs. You should make your own trading decisions and seek independent advice if necessary.

How can I get in touch with Support?
You can contact us instatnly via pop up live chat on the bottom right corner of the page, or email us through [email protected], our Support Team will be available to assist you with any general inquiries or concerns.

How do I find out which tier I'm in?
On the right-hand menu, simply click on "users" and you will see a list of users under each tier. who are either in VIP or Basic. Find your account number (or your display name) there.

Can I change my nickname?
Yes, instead of talking by your account number, you can change your nickname by clicking on the profile icon at the top right corner and editing your "display name" in the middle column.

Who are the analysts in the portal?
The analysts are from the Everest Fortune Group, an award-winning research house advising some of the largest banks, asset management firms and brokers in the world, specialising in institutional grade technical analysis. You can find profiles of the analysts in the VIP Trading Room

Can I chat with my assigned Relationship Manager through the VIP Chat room?
You can also directly communicate with Relationship Managers from Vantage's Private Client Group during standard business hours (10am-6pm AEST Monday-Friday). Our Relationship Managers are available to address account-related Inquiries and provide clarification on information supplied by the analysts.
