What is a raw premium account1 ?
The RAW Premium account offers a highly competitive commission rate of only $1 per standard FX lot, per side. This account provides clients with an exceptional opportunity to minimize trading costs while maximizing potential returns. By upgrading to a RAW Premium account, clients benefit from lower commissions. Please find more details about the RAW Premium account type here or contact our customer support team.
How to upgrade to vantage raw premium account?
Trading & Upgrade Requirements
To upgrade to a RAW Premium account, clients must meet the following trading volume and trading value conditions upon clicking the Upgrade button:
• This offer is only available for MT4 and MT5 Raw Classic accounts (TradingView accounts excluded)
• At least 5 closed trades across any instruments in the last 30 days, and
• At least $500,000 USD in notional value 2 in the last 30 days (per trading account).
(These requirements apply per account and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.)

Steps to upgrade to RAW Premium account:
1. When you have met the above upgrade conditions. Log into Client Portal, click the "Upgrade to RAW Premium" button in the upper right corner of your RAW Classic account page.
2. Our system will review 3 the upgrade conditions. If the conditions are met, your account will be upgraded to a RAW Premium account.

How to maintain your RAW Premium Account?

Ways to maintain your RAW Premium Account
Meet the following criteria during any 30-day period within the last 90 days:
•At least 5 closed trades across all instruments, and
•At least $500,000 USD in notional value2 (per trading account).
Then, your account will be reviewed3 and maintained in RAW Premium Account.

Re-upgrading Process
If an account undergoes a downgrade and later seeks to upgrade again:
•It must satisfy the upgrade criteria based on its recent 30-day trading activity.
Then, you could click the Upgrade to RAW Premium button at the Client Portal to submit your upgrade application.

Will a RAW Classic account be automatically upgraded to RAW Premium account after meeting the transaction requirements?
No. Customers need to log in to the Client Portal and manually click the "Upgrade to RAW Premium" button on the accounts page to submit an upgrade request. -

I have a Standard account. Can I also upgrade after meeting the transaction requirements of a RAW Premium account?
No, only existing RAW Classic client accounts are eligible for the upgrade to a RAW Premium account. -

If I am are an existing VANTAGE customer who opened a raw account before this offer began. Will there be any impact on fees?
No, for existing customers who opened a RAW account before 13th August 2024, the fee structure will not be affected.
If you request an additional RAW account after 13th August 2024, it will be subject to the new fee structure applicable to a RAW Classic account. -

If my transactions do not meet the requirements, will my RAW Premium account be downgraded?
Yes, If your transactions do not meet the corresponding requirements, your account will be reviewed and downgraded by the system. We will send you an email letting you know if this action has been taken. -

Can the system provide real-time transaction data calculations?
No. The calculation of your recent trading volume may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in our system. For example, regardless of upgrades or downgrades, the system may only compute trading volume up to 24:00 (trading platform time) of the previous trading day. Therefore, if you upgrade at 11 am on Wednesday and the trading volume did not meet the upgrade criteria by 24:00 on Tuesday, any additional trades made between 24:00 Tuesday and 11:00 Wednesday will not be included in the calculation, potentially affecting the upgrade process. However, if this occurs, clients can attempt the upgrade again the following day. -

What happens to my open positions after the RAW account upgrade/downgrade?
If you are trading with an MT4 account, your commission fee will be charged in full at the time of opening a position. Therefore, upgrading or downgrading your account will not affect the fee for the existing position.
If you are trading with an MT5 account, half of the trading fee will be charged at the time of opening a position, and the other half will be charged at the time of closing the position. Therefore, if you close the position after upgrading or downgrading your account, the new commission structure will apply to the closing fee.
