PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. 简介

2. 促销期
促销期为 2024 年 10 月 21 日至 2024 年 11 月 17 日（“促销期”）。
3. 申请资格
促销活动对符合以下条件的客户开放：
- 必须拥有 Vantage 的 STP、ECN 或永久交易账户；且
- 必须是合格国家/地区的居民。
4. 参与要求
客户必须具备以下条件才能参与：
- 通过客户端或 Vantage APP 选择加入促销活动；且
- 在促销期间至少交易 500,000 美元的名义交易量（平仓交易）。
5. 赠金或奖励结构
- 符合条件的客户每交易 500,000 美元的名义交易量将获得一 (1) 张抽奖券。
- 加密货币交易将获得双倍机会，每 500,000 美元名义交易量将获得两 (2) 张抽奖券。

6. 奖品发放

9. 地方法律和司法管辖权
本促销活动受瓦努阿图法律法规的约束。一旦参与，即表示您同意因这些条款而产生的任何争议将受瓦努阿图法院管辖，并由瓦努阿图法院解决。

9. 名义交易量（Notional Volume）是指衍生产品合约头寸的总价值，由相关资产的价格乘以头寸的规模确定。
计算公式 名义交易量（美元）= 交易手数 X 合约大小 X 标的资产收盘价 X 日终产品兑美元汇率。
一般条款和条件
1. 促销仅适用于有效的 STP 和 ECN 账户。除非特别说明，否则 Cent 账户、USDT、BTC 和 ETH 货币账户不符合条件。 2. 由 PAMM/MAM 或资金经理推荐的客户无资格参与任何 Vantage 优惠活动，除非另有说明。 3. 禁止客户将交易积分用于对冲仓位。如发现违规行为，Vantage 可取消任何交易积分或通过对冲产生的利润。 4. 新账户须遵守 Vantage 的标准审批流程。客户有责任在申请前了解当地的法律法规。 5. 客户应确保其交易活动符合其个人风险偏好，因为本促销活动无意改变客户的风险偏好或交易策略。 6. 客户同意赔偿 Vantage 因参与优惠活动而引起的任何索赔，包括违反条款或适用法律。 7. 如果本条款的英文版本与任何翻译版本之间存在任何差异，应以英文版本为准。
